These benefits are offered through The Standard. To create an account and obtain an individualized ID card for either the Dental or Vision benefits, please register with The Standard:
Dental Plan Information – If you enrolled in The Standard Dental plan, you should have received via (US Mail) two ID cards with The Standard logo – one for your Dental Coverage, and one for your embedded EyeCare coverage. This Eyecare coverage ID card is a reminder of the $150 vision benefit that is provided with your Dental plan. To use this added vision benefit, you will need to submit a claim reimbursement form with The Standard. Please keep in mind, if this benefit is used, the $150 will be deducted from your Dental plan’s annual calendar year maximum.
Below are generic temporary ID cards that can be used if you have not received the mailings from The Standard or had a chance to register above.
Vision Plan Information – If you enrolled in the stand-alone Vision plan, your Vision ID card will have both The Standard and the VSP logos on it. You will use this card when you want to access your full vision benefit plan. This generic temporary card can be used at the time of service if you have not received the mailings from The Standard or had a chance to register above.
NOTE: If you enrolled in both the Dental and Vision plans through The Standard, you should have received a total of 3 ID cards.

We have collectively determined that it is best for the College to change to a new HSA administrator, Group Dynamic, Inc. (GDI), our existing partner, in Falmouth, ME for the Saint Joseph’s College-sponsored HSA effective February 1, 2022.
We are confident this change is in the best interest for SJC employees as account holders with HSAs. We apologize for any confusion and inconvenience. Due to this inconvenience, Cross Benefit Solutions will make a one-time contribution of $50 into your HSA in mid-February.
There are several processes employees should follow-up on based on your HSA election for 2022. Below are the three scenarios with required actions and documents/forms:
