Giving Out Vaccines

What’s the story behind the friendly person giving you your vaccine? Maybe it’s Jennifer Kelleher, PharmD, BCPS, MHA online student!

She does it all. She’s the Medication Safety Officer and Clinical Pharmacist at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, New Hampshire. Jenn is part of multiple multidisciplinary groups in the hospital that utilize concepts and tools taught in her MHA courses such as Lean Six Sigma, PDCA, strategic planning, CQI and human resource management. She has recently been a part of the employee COVID 19 vaccination program at WDH as a wealth of information for the staff and as a vaccinator.

What comes next? Jenn hopes to build a financial management business, Belladonna Wealth, geared towards financial coaching for women medical professionals.
