Our instructors guide participants through aerobic movements that target the entire body by using the natural resistance of water, water weights and noodles. Participants work to their ability, and may choose to work on range of motion and flexibility as well as cardio and strength by performing movements suggested by the instructor.
You will use the blue aquatic fitness punch card for this class or a drop in is $7. (SJC staff/faculty/students are free.)
