This "bootcamp" style workout will incorporate cardio and strength training to give you a well balanced total body workout. Different fitness equipment will be used in circuit style formats with modifications for all fitness levels.
You will use the yellow group fitness punch card for this class or a drop in is $7. (SJC staff/faculty/students are free.)
