Chair yoga is a gentle, accessible form of yoga that modifies traditional poses using a chair for support. This class is great for anyone who finds floor yoga challenging while offering benefits like improved flexibility, strength, balance, circulation, and mental well-being through adapted poses, breathwork, and mindfulness.
You will use the yellow group fitness punch card for this class or a drop in is $7. (SJC staff/faculty/students are free.)
