A gentle, accessible yoga, using a chair for support in seated and standing poses to improve balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation.
You will scan your SilverSneakers members ID card, use the gray SilverSneakers punch card for this class or drop in for $7. (SJC staff/faculty/students are free.)
