SilverSneakers Splash is a fun, low-impact, shallow-water fitness class designed for seniors (and all skill levels) that uses aquatic gear for a full-body workout, improving strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance without needing to swim, making it gentle on joints.
You will scan your SilverSneakers members ID card, use the gray SilverSneakers punch card for this class or drop in for $7. (SJC staff/faculty/students are free.)
