Alumna’s artwork displayed at the Children’s Museum in Portland

Saint Joe’s artist-in-residence and 2022 fine arts graduate Maya Michaud’s art work is being displayed at the Children’s Museum of Maine. Art professor Chris Sullivan says Maya creates mixed-media artworks by combining newspaper and oil paint in abstract, expressive ways. Her portraits emphasize personal uniqueness, inner strength, and community.

Her work will also be in the Sea Change exhibit opening at Maine Maritime Museum in February.
