Center For Nursing Innovation Celebration at the Stone Barn

Share

We invite our SJC Community to join us as we host a celebration of The Jeannie Donlevy Arnold Center for Nursing Innovation!

Friday, June 24, 1-3PM at the Stone Barn

After receiving a $1.5 million challenge grant from the Harold Alfond Foundation to support the creation of a new Center for Nursing Innovation, SJC alumna and member of the Board of Trustees, Dr. Jeanne Donlevy Arnold and her husband, Ed Arnold, pledged $2 million in response to the Alfond Challenge. Today, we are ready to not only celebrate this new addition to the Saint Joe’s Maine Campus – the newest SIM labs in the state – but to also continue to work towards real solutions to solving the nursing crisis in Maine and nationally.

Program:

Welcome Remarks – Ms. Joanne Bean, Vice President and Chief Advancement Officer
Background, Donor Acknowledgments, and Introductions – Dr. Jim Dlugos, President
Alfond Foundation Challenge – Mr. Greg Powell, Chairman of the Alfond Foundation
Lead Gift for the Center for Nursing Innovation – Ed and Dr. Jeannie Donlevy Arnold

Refreshments will be served and plans/photos of the finished project will be on display.
