1. Set SMART Goals
Use the 5 components of success:
- Specific
- Measurable
- Achievable
- Realistic
- Time-bound
And, set goals that fulfill your “why.”
2. Make a Plan
Create a timeline with actions you are going to take towards your goals. Try to list minor actions that lead to a larger milestone. Small steps are achievable in the short-term.
3. Create Regular Checkpoints
With milestones on your timeline, use those dates as opportunities to check in on your progress. Do you need to make adjustments to your goals or your plan?
