Setting up your online member account is one of the smartest ways to help you get the most out of your plan. And, it’s quick and easy to do.

Your member account lets you:

• Find or change a primary care provider; look up benefits and claim history, plus the status of your deductible and out-of-pocket expenses
• Get an estimate of your out-of-pocket costs before you receive care, search for hundreds of services and procedures, and compare costs for multiple providers
• Find out how prescriptions are covered, where to get them filled and how mail order can save on maintenance medications
• Save on a wide range of products and services to help you stay healthy and active, including vision, fitness, dental care and much more

With your member account, you also can:

• Explore well-being information and resources including access to a dedicated wellness program, health coaching support, preventive care, guidance for health concerns and conditions, and mindfulness courses
• Manage your account profile by signing up for Go Paperless and changing who can access your online information

To set up your account

1. Visit www.harvardpilgrim.org and select Member Login.
2. Under “Member? Register now!” select “Create a secure account.”
   Choose a way to identify yourself – either by your Social Security number or your Harvard Pilgrim ID number.
   Enter the required information, and then type a username and password to activate your account.

Please Note:
To create an account using the Harvard Pilgrim ID number identification option, select the “Request an activation code” link. Accounts are available to members 13 and older.
