How to practice gratitude

Take note of what you are grateful for in that moment.

2 Express your gratitude to others.

Tell them how you feel about them and what they mean to you.

3 Use your senses.

Recognize the miracle of being alive. See, hear, taste, touch, and smell.

4 Remember the bad.

But only in the context of how far you’ve come and how it shaped you.

5 Start gratitude journaling.

Write down 3-5 things you are grateful for each day.

6 Try practicing these acts daily.

The more you put the steps into action, but easier it becomes.
