Welcome to the November walking challenge! This 30-day challenge is designed to inspire you to walk for 30 minutes every day in November so you can begin to gain the many benefits of an active lifestyle.

Everyone has a busy schedule, especially around the holidays. But it is important to take time out of your day to be active. This is a great, flexible program. You can walk on your own time, whenever and wherever is most convenient for you – on a treadmill, the Alfond Center track, SJC cross country trails or following a path near your home. This challenge is focused on improving your distance throughout the 30 days.
