The College is a member of two national scholarship exchange programs for institutions of higher education: the Tuition Exchange Inc. (TE) and the Council of Independent Colleges (CIC). Through these organizations tuition reimbursement for the dependent children of full time college employees is available at over 500 colleges, most of which are private.

FAQ

I am a full-time employee and my IRS dependent child would like to participate in the Tuition Exchange scholarship program. What do I do?

An Informational meeting is held in September of each year for employees who have a IRS dependent child in their senior year of high school, who may want to take advantage of this tuition scholarship program.  Employees may review the Tuition Exchange Procedure as it applies to the 2024-2025 Academic Year.

After the initial application process, each member institution determines eligibility criteria for students it “exports,” and also sets criteria for those students who are accepted or “imported.” Member institutions award TE and CIC scholarships according to their respective institutional criteria.

Supporting materials for Tuition Exchange for the 2024-2025 academic year are due on October 20, 2023. This items that must be submitted to Human Resources are:
