It’s time to roll up our sleeves and get vaccinated!

After becoming fully vaccinated (receiving one or two shots determined by the vaccination type), faculty and staff are asked to provide a copy of their COVID-19 vaccination record to the Health & Wellness Center.
Example:
Simply take a photo of the COVID-19 vaccination record, and send it directly to healthcenter@sjcme.edu! Another option is to scan the record to the same email address.
It takes everyone. All COVID-19 vaccines available in the United States are very effective at preventing the disease.
