Celebrate and Learn from Catholic Sustainable Farming Leaders
Share
Join us on Wednesday, June 23, from 2 to 3 pm for the first in a series of virtual conversations spotlighting Catholic sustainability leaders.
Catholic Sustainability Champions (Part 1)
In this first gathering of the series focused on sustainability leaders, listen and learn about the amazing and inspiring work being done by:
- Molly Sutter, Caretaker, Bethlehem Farm
- Lorrie Heber, Director, White Violet Center for Eco-Justice – Sisters of Providence of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods
- Matthew Jones, Farm and Outreach Coordinator, Little Portion Farm
We will learn:
- How is Catholic social teaching an integral part of these organizations’ work, and
- How these Catholic sustainability champions can help you, your family, parish, diocese and/or religious community’s journey to sustainability, and to engage with the Laudato Si’ Action Platform.
This is the first of an ongoing series lifting the work of Catholic organizations that have been at the forefront of creation care. We hope you can join us learning and celebrating these Catholic champions and help us all join the Laudato Si’ Action Platform!
The webinar will be recorded and the link to the recording will be sent to all who register.
